Job description

We are seeking Manufacturing Quality Leaders for various Ohio facilities. We seek strong people leaders who can motivate, champion the PPG culture, and lead diverse quality teams that are responsive and accountable.
Responsibilities depending on role and location may include:
  • Establish QC processes and requirements and ensure consistent application
  • Improve standard processes and workflows, set priorities, and support quality metrics and root cause analysis investigations
  • Review and evaluate testing to assess training consistency
  • Participate on the QC Safety Team
  • Lead testing for all new customers/products including spec testing and qualification on new products/tech
  • Lead Scale up testing for new products
  • Hiring/training of new technicians

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of experience batch manufacturing quality
  • Experience with data management, Excel, Six Sigma/Lean, and customer specifications

Salary range: 65k-85k depending on role and location
