Forklift / Reach Truck

3rd Shift Job Opening

Thanks you for your interest in PPC Flex. We are a flexographic printing company, that has been located in the Hilliard area for over 45+ years. We are looking for experienced forklift drivers with REACH TRUCK experience. If you are interested please upload your resume when applying. Full Time

3rd Shift (Sun. to Thursday from 10:45p-7a)

$20 - $22/Hr starting pay, based on forklift/reach truck experience.

Performance based pay raise and Bonus program eligibility after 1st 90 days

Full benefits offered after first 30 days. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance

Required Skills:
  • Several years of Forklift/Reach Truck experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting
  • Skilled experience with Inventory, Cycle Counts, RF Scanners, Banding and Wrapping
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Able to properly use and read a tape measure and micrometers
  • Good with Computers and Technology
  • Excellent Attendance
  • Effective Team Player
  • Willingness to learn and complete our training program successfully
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be capable of standing for the duration of a work shift less breaks and lunch
  • Must be willing to work in excess of a normal workweek with notice, as outlined in the Employee Handbook, as production managers request.
  • Must be able to distinguish and ensure product quality in a fast paced production environment.
  • Must be able to identify, prioritize and meet multiple expectations for area of responsibility.
  • Must have the physical dexterity to bend, stand, flex and reach as the job/position dictates.
