Customer Success Manager

We are searching for a strategic thinker with a background in customer support, technology sales, technical project management, and/or strategic marketing management to manage client accounts for a robust digital marketing and analytics platform. This hire will manage daily client interactions, set meetings, track and manage client needs, and coordinate human and capital resources to accomplish client goals. An understanding of the digital marketing landscape is required and this hire should be familiar with strategic planning related to SEO, SEM, organic search, and PPC advertising when partnered with technical advances such as AI and machine learning.

  • Location: Texas or Tennessee based candidates are preferred, open to IL, FL, and CO
  • Base Salary: $Negotiable Salary + Full Benefits*(100% Covered employee/dependent healthcare, 401K matching, $500/month WTF bonus, PTO, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • High standard of professionalism in appearance and attitude
  • Local to the Nashville, TN area and willing to work remotely until 2022
  • 3+ Years in an Account Manager, Account Director, Enterprise Sales, Technical Project Management, Client Partnership, Engagement Manager or Director, or Strategic Marketing Management role for digital marketing platforms
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and familiarity with strategic planning related to SEO, SEM, organic search, and PPC advertising when partnered with technical advances such as AI and machine learning.
  • Tools: Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Basecamp knowledge is required
  • Comfort and ability to lead meetings either in-person or via Zoom. This hire must be comfortable in front of a camera and taking leadership over meetings.
  • Previous experience managing project timelines and budgets

Scope of Work

  • Manage all assigned Fortune 500 client interactions at the c-suite level within the Nashville market
  • Ensure all project deadlines are being met and coordinate all human/capital resources to accomplish client goals within the platform within budget
  • Lead all internal client status update meetings and keep teams on-track and within client's timeline
  • Translate client needs into technical solutions
  • Maintain good working relationship with senior leadership, marketing strategy teams, technical teams, and enterprise account executives
  • Identify account development or expansion opportunities with current clients and communicate with executive leadership or enterprise accounts team
  • Establish project strategy for clients based on established business/digital roadmaps and defined success metrics
  • Oversee reporting efforts on client projects, creating and distributing documents that support the delivery of strategy, products, and services
  • Identify project bottlenecks and brainstorm solutions for process improvement
  • Exercise critical thinking, communication, and a high-level of decision-making skills that align with company and client culture and values
  • Manage client digital programs and provide business analysis of client's digital roadmap
