We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships, leading strategic marketing conversations, and helping clients maximize the value of their digital marketing investments. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, digitally savvy, data-driven, and enjoys collaborating with both clients and internal teams while working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Manage and nurture relationships across 15+ active monthly client accounts.
  • Lead digital marketing strategy discussions covering SEO, PPC, websites, and AI-driven visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and development teams to execute client initiatives.
  • Manage client requests and oversee smaller website and marketing projects.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and results to clients.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing strategies and available services.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and long-term relationship building.
  • Participate in internal meetings and client-facing strategy sessions.
  • Build trust through proactive communication and exceptional client service.

Requirements
Must Have
  • 3+ years of account management experience managing local, regional, or national accounts.
  • Experience working with at least one of the following industries:
    • Professional Services (Legal, Accounting, Mortgage)
    • Home Services (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Restoration)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including:
    • SEO
    • PPC
    • Websites
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools and their role in improving online visibility.
  • Experience managing website-related client projects.
  • Comfortable managing 15+ active client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and sound judgment regarding when to involve subject-matter experts.
  • Willingness to grow into leading strategic marketing conversations with internal support.
