Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool's human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization's global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.

ResponsibilitiesDescription

he PX Operations team is responsible for accurately processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations through timely, compliant, and service-oriented execution. This role serves as a knowledgeable HR operations resource, ensuring employee data is entered, updated, and maintained with a high degree of accuracy while helping resolve transaction-related issues, supporting process improvement efforts, and contributing strong writing skills to the development, review, and distribution of employee handbook and HR compliance materials.

  • Key HR transactions into the HRIS system and resolve issues related to employee records reviewing for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve issues related to employee records by researching discrepancies, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders
  • Respond to HR operations inquiries and service requests, providing clear guidance, status updates, and resolution support 
  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify and correct errors, improve data integrit
  • Contribute to HR operations projects, system testing, process improvements, reporting initiatives, and implementation activities as needed.
  • Provide backup support for onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring required employee data, documentation, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with process documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and training materials to support consistent HR operations practices.
  • Support the development, review, and distribution of the employee handbook and other HR compliance materials
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • 2 -5 years prior experience in HR operations, shared services, employee services, payroll administration, or a related HR support function.
  • Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions in an HRIS or similar employee data management system.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive transactions accurately.
  • Strong business writing skills, including experience drafting, reviewing, or maintaining company policies, employee handbook content, or HR compliance materials.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, approval workflows, and documented process requirements.Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using Workday, UKG, Fresh Service, Docusign, or other similar HR case management and document management tools.
  • Experience supporting process improvmements, system testing, user acceptance testing or HR technology implementations.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $65,900 - $82,400 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
