In this agile environment, the Lead BusinessProcessAnalyst will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, work with multiple teams toassistindetermininginnovative solutions, as well as configuration, data management, and write/execute testingscrips. Platforms include butarenot limited to the Microsoft suite of tools including but not limited to Dynamics 365,Power Platform,Power BIetc.

  • Experience building Canvas Apps and troubleshooting issues within them
  • Basic CRM configuration,power automate flowswithinPower Platform space
  • Experience implementing packaged software
  • Act as Scrum Master, as needed, on prioritized business efforts
  • Assistand/or lead coordination of testing cycles
  • Data analysis and design within CRM,AzureData FactoryandExternal Integrations
  • Manages users, roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, and other setup options
  • Collaborates with developers todetermineoptions to meet business requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of professional work experience
  • 5years of experience with requirements managementsupporting sales and marketing organizations
  • 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, Marketingmodulesand Microsoft Power Platform)
  • 3years of hands-on experiencewith powerapps(focus on canvas apps)and connectorsused in power apps.
  • 2years of experience with Agile Methodology

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
