Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Mulesoft Developer for a remote opportunity with one of our premier clients.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions that enable digital transformation across our manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for building scalable APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, WMS, and other enterprise applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering API-led connectivity solutions in a manufacturing environment and is passionate about building reusable, secure, and high-performing integrations that improve operational efficiency, supply chain visibility, and data accuracy. Senior MuleSoft developers are typically expected to own complex integrations end-to-end, mentor team members, and apply API-led architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, reusable integration services, and event-driven interfaces using Mule 4.
  • Build integrations between:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • MES systems
    • Manufacturing Execution Systems
    • Warehouse Management Systems
    • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
    • Salesforce
    • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Design and implement API-led architecture following MuleSoft best practices.
  • Develop DataWeave transformations for complex business and manufacturing data.
  • Create reusable connectors and integration templates to accelerate future development.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production integrations.
  • Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, and API policies.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Manufacturing IT, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Document technical designs, API specifications, integration flows, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior developers and establish MuleSoft development standards.
Manufacturing Experience
