Job description

Infiligence is a leader in delivering digital integration platform solutions, driving innovation, secure data connectivity, and operational efficiency for clients nationwide. Our teams employ the latest engineering methodologies, automation, and integration frameworks to solve enterprise-scale challenges in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft, following API-led connectivity principles (Experience, Process, and System APIs).

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and product owners to ensure API solutions align with established integration and security standards.

  • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code using MuleSoft and associated technologies.

  • Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure robust API delivery.

  • Mentor and coach other developers; promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Apply Agile development methodologies within Scrum or Kanban frameworks to prioritize and deliver integration features and enhancements.

  • Refine backlog items and user stories in partnership with product and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least two programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.).

  • 3–5 years of advanced experience designing and developing secure, customer-facing RESTful APIs at scale.

  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise integration patterns (SOA, microservices, event-driven architecture).

  • Proficient in MuleSoft development including API-led architecture, DataWeave transformations, and AnyPoint MQ.

  • 3+ years of experience in relational and non-relational databases development and deployment on public cloud platforms.

  • Advanced API security, versioning, observability, and documentation practices.

  • Experience working with CI/CD automation, preferably GitLab and Terraform.

  • Agile/Scrum environment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with message queues (AnyPoint MQ), Apache Kafka, or Confluent Kafka.

  • Hands-on with AWS or Azure cloud services (AWS preferred).

  • Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, and other major ERP/cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability tools such as Splunk.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to mentor peers with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
