Job Title: Power Platform Developer (Power BI & PowerApps)
Location: Louisville, Kentucky Day 1 Onsite | 5 Days in Office (No Exceptions)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and custom business applications using Microsoft Power BI and PowerApps.
This hybrid role bridges analytics and automation enabling data-driven decisions and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Power BI Development

  • Build interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI Desktop & Service.
  • Perform advanced data modeling and DAX calculations.
  • Optimize data performance using Power Query transformations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
PowerApps Development

  • Design and develop responsive apps using Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps.
  • Integrate PowerApps with Power Automate, Power BI, and external data sources (SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse).
  • Implement workflows, connectors, and automation logic.
  • Ensure app security and compliance with enterprise standards.
Cross-Platform Integration

  • Utilize the full Power Platform ecosystem for end-to-end business solutions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to align development with business goals.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI and PowerApps development.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
  • Experience with Power Automate and various connectors.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, UI/UX design, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
