  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows including multi-step approvals, routing logic, notifications, and exception handling

  • Ensure workflows operate correctly in high-sensitivity client environments, where errors pose delivery and compliance risk

  • Design clean, intuitive UI/UX that enables adoption by non-technical federal users

  • Build applications that centralize program data, support historical records, and enable operational visibility

  • Apply role-based access controls (RBAC) and security best practices in federal client environments

  • Collaborate closely with DHS/ICE stakeholders and account teams to refine requirements and iterate solutions

  • Support deployment, user onboarding, and iterative enhancements

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience delivering Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

  • Bachelor's Degree is required

  • Experience supporting workflow-heavy applications (approvals, routing, tracking)

  • Experience modernizing manual, document-driven, or email-based processes

  • Experience working directly with stakeholders in regulated or structured environments

  • Candidates must demonstrate current, hands-on experience in all areas below:

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Core)

  • Dataverse - data modeling, relationships, and security roles

  • Workflow Engineering (Critical)

  • Proven experience designing mission-critical workflows within Power Platform

  • Strong understanding of workflow dependencies, error handling, and lifecycle tracking

  • Ability to replace manual or ad-hoc processes with reliable automated solutions

  • UI / UX Design (Critical)

  • Demonstrated ability to build polished, user-friendly Power Apps

  • Strong attention to layout, usability, navigation, and end-user experience

  • Ability to deliver applications that are production-ready and client-facing, not prototypes

  • Documenting visual designs using iterative agile approaches

  • Displaying Mock-Ups and/or Wireframes

  • Real-Time changes to forms accommodating user requests and/or changes

  • Experience performing product demos with stakeholders

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Prior DHS, ICE, HSI, or Federal Civilian agency experience

  • Microsoft Power Platform

  • Microsoft Power Apps using PCF Control a plus

  • Azure knowledge a plus

  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) promoting solutions

  • Experience delivering operational or program management tools

  • Experience supporting users in high-sensitivity or compliance-driven environments

  • Existing or prior federal clearance (preferred, not required)
