Position Overvie

wWe are seeking an experienced Senior Power Systems Engineer to lead the design and development of high-voltage (HV) electrical infrastructure for hyperscale and AI-driven data centers. This role offers the opportunity to drive technical standards, lead mission-critical power system initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept through commissioning

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sDesign and lead HV electrical distribution systems, including substations, switchgear, transformers, and critical power infrastructure
  • .Develop scalable and standardized power system designs for large-scale data center deployments
  • .Define protection philosophies, relay coordination, and system selectivity for mission-critical environments
  • .Develop and validate Sequences of Operation (SoO) and control strategies
  • .Collaborate with utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution
  • .Lead system testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and operational readiness
  • .Support advanced resiliency solutions, including BESS, SCADA, and digital substation technologies

.Required Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering
  • .10+ years of experience in Electrical Power Systems Engineering
  • .Strong experience with HV distribution, switchgear, protection & controls, and relay coordination
