Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic data analytics team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise-level business intelligence solutions.
A key focus of this position will be leading the migration of our existing reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, SSRS) to Power BI, establishing it as the central source for data-driven insights across the organization.
You are a perfect fit if you are passionate about telling stories with data, an expert in DAX, and have a proven track record of executing complex BI migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
BI Solution Development Design, build, and deploy sophisticated Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Migration Leadership Lead the end-to-end migration of legacy reports and dashboards from other BI platforms to Power BI, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and user adoption. This includes planning, data source mapping, report conversion, and validation.
Data Modeling: DAX Develop complex and efficient data models in Power BI. Write advanced DAX queries to create robust calculations and measures that meet business requirements.
Performance Tuning Optimize Power BI reports for performance, focusing on data model efficiency, DAX query tuning, and effective data refresh strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and department heads to gather requirements, understand business logic, and deliver high-impact BI solutions.
Governance: Best Practices Establish and promote best practices for Power BI development, including data governance, security standards, and a consistent user experience.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience 10 years of dedicated experience in Business Intelligence development, with at least 5 years focused extensively on Power BI.
