Job description

The P&S Business Intelligence / AI Strategy Manager leads Stellantis' North American strategy for Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and data-driven digital transformation across all NA Parts & Services domains.
This role manages a portfolio of AI initiatives-such as advanced analytics, ChatGPT-style copilots, document intelligence, predictive models, and intelligent dashboards-while driving alignment with global AI strategies and the Value Creation Plan (VCP).
AI Strategy, Governance & Execution:
  • Lead North America's ICT AI & BI roadmap aligned with VCP priorities, including predictive, generative, and agentic AI use cases, reflecting expectations from the leadership stream.
  • Govern AI & BI program intake, prioritization, vendor selection, and execution-including coordination with ICT Data, Purchasing, and business leadership.
  • Establish best practices for responsible AI usage, data privacy, model validation, and deployment lifecycle.

Business Intelligence Leadership:
  • Own BI strategy and architecture across NA ICT P&S, driving the evolution of Power BI and advanced analytics dashboards-including AI-enhanced reporting initiatives
  • Integrate new data sources and AI predictions into business dashboards
  • Partner with BI developers and data engineers to build automated, scalable, multi-domain reporting ecosystems.

Product Ownership of AI/BI Solutions:
  • Serve as Product Owner for AI-powered solutions
  • Ensure alignment with emerging technologies and platforms already used in the org

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate across ICT, Aftersales, eCommerce, Dealer Experience, Customer Care, Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Support executive reviews, strategic storytelling, and AI portfolio presentations
  • Manage NA engagement for global AI initiatives, ensuring regional needs are represented.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
  • Manage a specialized team (data scientists, BI specialists, automation engineers, LLM designers).
  • Oversee vendor relationships and proposal evaluations
  • Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with purchasing and legal requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI, analytics, BI, or data platforms, with at least 3+ years in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies (LLMs, vector search, RAG, predictive modeling) and BI platforms (Power BI, Azure analytics stack).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical programs, governance structures, and multi-workstream portfolios.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, or manufacturing AI use cases (warranty prediction, pricing optimization, demand planning).
  • Understanding of AI architecture (model ops, APIs, vector databases, semantic search).
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms used at Stellantis (Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Azure).
  • Experience partnering with global teams and matrixed organizations.
