Rehlko is seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. Your focus will be on data-driven decision-making, analyzing market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior to inform strategic pricing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, including experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, and the ability to quickly learn and leverage internally developed data systems and models.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Automation:
    Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify pricing trends, patterns, and opportunities. Leverage tools such as Power BI for visualization and reporting, and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline and automate data workflows and reporting processes.

  • Pricing Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions. Design and implement pricing models that optimize revenue and profitability.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer preferences. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on findings.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Monitor pricing performance and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI) and present insights to leadership to support decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Scenario & Financial Analysis:
    Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margin, and profitability.

  • Systems & Data Model Adaptability:
    Quickly learn and effectively utilize homegrown data models, internal pricing tools, and proprietary systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate analysis.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay current on industry best practices, emerging analytics tools, and automation capabilities. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, pricing, or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, visualization, best practices)

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools to automate business processes and reporting workflows

  • Experience working with or rapidly learning custom / homegrown data models and systems

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively

  • Experience ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources.

  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive pricing decisions (not just analyze).

  • Experience with demand forecasting, elasticity modeling, or advanced pricing analytics, preferred.

  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is preferred.

The Salary range for this position is $76,050.00-$96,050.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
