Job description

Reporting to the Plant Leadership Team, you will lead digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment by developing strategies, driving engagement, and ensuring successful implementation of connected shop floor technologies. In our Council Bluffs facility, local productions of Marie Callendar, Birds Eye and Healthy Choice brands, you will serve as a subject matter expert across digital platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that improve safety, quality, cost, and customer service outcomes.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for shop floor digital applications and connected worker platforms
  • Lead digital transformation efforts by developing and executing plant-level strategies and engagement plans
  • Provide daily direction and solutions for digital tools, processes, and ways of working using internal and external resources
  • Support evolving plant business design by identifying and delivering required data solutions
  • Lead high-involvement teams to identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure plant participation and alignment in designing, developing, benchmarking, and implementing digital solutions
  • Drive adoption and sustained use of digital tools by leveraging training applications and communication platforms
  • Lead plant super user networks and ensure participation in Center of Excellence and super user forums
  • Evaluate effectiveness of current applications and develop strategies to improve or expand their use
  • Coach and mentor teams on business agility frameworks and support advancement through digital transformation phases
  • Partner with production support teams on system access, application development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote rapid and effective issue resolution across digital platforms and operations
  • Drive adoption of digital analytics tools and identify new opportunities for advanced analytics
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring tools and digital applications
  • Translate day-to-day business needs into automated solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred
  • 4+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience
  • Experience with connected worker or shop floor digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and related platforms
  • Proven success driving digital adoption and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments preferred
  • Experience in focused improvement or industrial engineering initiatives
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and change management skills

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
