Job Description: Summit Manufacturing Corp. is seeking qualified powder coaters to assist in our powder coating operation on day and night shift. Experience in powder coating or general labor in a manufacturing environment is preferred and will be compensated accordingly. Entry-level applicants will be considered and may be hired and offered on-the-job training if they have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an ability and willingness to be taught. Team members at SMC are expected to produce and deliver high-quality products for use in the material handling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare parts and products for powder coating.
  • Apply powder coating to various surfaces using electrostatic spray guns.
  • Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the powder coating process.
