Job Title: Powder Coat Line Technician โ€“ 1st Shift

Location: 318 Chandler St, Horicon, WI 53032

Company: Ad-Tech Coating Solutions

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person


About Us: Ad-Tech Coating Solutions in Watertown, WI specializes in environmentally friendly finishing processes. Our advanced powder coating systems utilize biodegradable pretreatment chemistries and V.O.C and H.A.P free coatings to deliver highly durable, corrosion-resistant finishes on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coat Line Technician for our 1st Shift team. This role involves prepping and hanging parts on a moving powder coating line while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM โ€“ 2:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret work orders
  • Stage and prep parts prior to coating
  • Hang and mask parts on a moving paint line
  • Hand wash and perform pre-paint surface prep
  • Stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience (Preferred)
