Job description

LDPI, Inc. (www.ldpi-inc.com) is looking for a detail‑oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Eau Claire, WI. In this role, you’ll prepare and finish parts and assemblies by washing, grinding, priming, coating, and painting—ensuring every product meets our high quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Prepare parts for coating: washing, taping, plugging, and surface prep

Apply powder coat finishes and manage chemicals safely and efficiently

Use, maintain, and repair paint spray equipment, paint booths, and wash systems

Perform thickness testing and verify color and finish accuracy

Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Identify and report material or equipment issues

Meet production goals while producing high‑quality work

Accurately record hours and work order details

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to read and interpret technical documents

Experience with paint or powder coating preferred
