Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Overtime Available

WFA Staffing is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience applying high-quality powder coat finishes and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging materials.
  • Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
  • Operate curing ovens and monitor proper bake times and temperatures.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
  • Maintain painting equipment and a clean work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
  • Experience operating powder coating equipment.
