The Poultry Cutter position is chiefly responsible for cutting, trimming and sizing poultry products.Essential Job Functions/DutiesBelow is a brief outline of the essential job functions and duties, which may be adjusted by management from time to time.1. Use knives to cut and trim meat.2.

Clean, trim, slice and section carcasses for future processing.3. Cut and trim meat to customer specification4. Remove parts, such as skin and bones from carcass.5.

Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat.6. Provide support to floor when needed.Qualifications & Education Requirements1. High school graduate or equivalent, but relevant work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Preferred Skills1.

Prior production experience preferred, but not required.2.
