Pouch Machine Operator
Day Shift 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

ABOUT THE ROLE
To properly operate and maintain pouch packaging equipment to support safe, efficient production.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO: 
  • Operate pouch packaging equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and food safety standards.
  • Set up, load, and adjust materials such as film, boxes, labels, and coding to keep production running smoothly.
  • Monitor product weight, machine performance, and line set-ups to ensure accurate, consistent output.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support efficient changeovers with the team.
  • Clean, sanitize, assemble, and disassemble equipment using established procedures.
  • Complete required production, inspection, and downtime documentation and support other assigned duties as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of related manufacturing or production experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift and regularly bend, reach, lift, carry, and move materials, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment with noise, moisture, moving equipment, and required protective gear.
  • Basic reading, writing, communication, problem-solving, and math skills to follow instructions and complete production paperwork.
  • Willingness to use required tools, equipment, and safety procedures, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and machine operation systems.
Pay & Benefits
Pay Range (Base Pay):  $22.00/hr. – $24.95/hr. 
Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
