Job description

Position: Pouch Mechanic
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Company: Manufacturing
Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity with a growing packaging manufacturer looking for experienced Pouch Machine Mechanics to join their team. You will be responsible for setting up pouch-making machines, performing changeovers, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring products meet the company's quality standards. This role also involves monitoring machine performance, making mechanical adjustments, reading work orders, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* 2+ years of mechanical experience in manufacturing
* Experience with pouch making, packaging, printing, plastics, flexible film, or similar automated equipment highly preferred
* Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment, perform machine setups, and confidently use hand tools
* Ability to read a tape measure and turn a wrench
* Commitment to safety and quality
