Join a progressive, team-oriented OB/GYN group delivering full-spectrum women’s health services in a high-volume, collaborative environment. This comprehensive practice offers well-woman care, obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive medicine, and complex women’s health services, supported by experienced APPs, laborists, and integrated specialty programs. Enjoy the opportunity to practice in an innovative, patient-centered department with options for teaching and professional growth.

Schedule

  • Full-time | 4-day work week | Onsite – CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud, MN

  • Day shifts | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm 

  • Call | 1-2 in-house per month Laborist Shifts at St. Cloud Hospital | 24-hour shift 

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $370,000 - $490,000 per year

    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Preferred:

  • Interest in teaching residents and medical students

  • Experience in high-volume obstetric or gynecologic care

Department Information 

The Women & Newborn Health Center features modern birthing suites with private baths and air-jetted tubs, on-site gynecologic oncology, and full-spectrum OB care for both low- and high-risk pregnancies. The center includes dedicated OB triage, LDR, antepartum, and postpartum units, supported by 24/7 in-house obstetric and perinatal specialists. 

Through the Center for Advanced Maternal, Fetal & Newborn Care, families have access to a new 30-bed, private-room Level II/III NICU equipped with advanced neonatal technology and 24/7 neonatology coverage, as well as a Perinatology Clinic offering on-site advanced imaging, genetic counseling, and comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine services.
