Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an LDRP Night Shift position at a Level 2 OB unit with a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, requiring labor, delivery, postpartum, and circulator experience.

Details
  • LDRP unit featuring 8 labor rooms, 12 postpartum rooms, a 4-bed special care nursery, and an OB OR suite on unit
  • Level 2 OB unit with a Level 2 Special Care Nursery
  • Supported by 4 delivering MDs and 2 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
  • Night shift: 19:00–07:30
Requirements
  • Active IN or Compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NRP (AHA/AAP)
  • Advanced NRP (AHA/AAP) required
  • Fetal monitoring certification required (AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent within the past 2 years if not covered on competency exam)
  • Experience in labor & delivery, postpartum, and OR circulator roles required
  • Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
  • Driver's license copy required for consideration
  • 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Responsibilities include labor and delivery nursing, postpartum care, and OR circulator duties
  • Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates living within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
