To manage this, postal services usually provide weather-appropriate uniforms and protective gear such as raincoats, boots, and gloves. Routes may be adjusted for safety during severe weather, and postmen are trained to prioritize both efficiency and personal safety. Staying organized, following safety guidelines, and maintaining good communication with supervisors help ensure mail is delivered reliably regardless of the weather.
