Here’s a more polished, higher-end version that feels more like a career opportunity than a basic receptionist posting:
Front Desk Receptionist / Operations Support
Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) – Sparta, NJ
Competitive Salary + Growth Opportunity

Glass Flooring Systems is the national leader in luxury structural glass systems, specializing in walkable skylights, glass floors, and custom architectural glass applications featured in some of the most high-end residential and commercial projects in the country.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a polished, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a high-visibility Front Desk / Operations Support role.
This is far more than a traditional receptionist position — the right person will become an important part of our daily operations and have a real opportunity for long-term career growth within the company.
What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, architects, builders, vendors, and visitors
  • Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
  • Assist with shipping coordination, freight paperwork, and order tracking
  • Support production scheduling and internal job coordination
  • Help the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and project support
  • Maintain organized project files and internal communication
  • Keep the front office organized, polished, and operating efficiently
  • Work closely with multiple departments across the company
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, dependable, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel required)
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or operations is a plus
Career Growth & Advancement
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. This role can evolve into:
  • Operations Coordination
  • Production Scheduling
  • Shipping & Logistics Management
  • Sales Support & Estimating Assistance
  • Project Coordination / Project Management
At GFS, we value people who take initiative, learn quickly, and want to build a long-term career.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll be positioned at the center of company operations — connecting sales, production, shipping, and customer communication. The right person will quickly become a key contributor to our continued growth and success.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary starting around $45,000+
  • 401(k) program
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Stable, growing company with a strong national reputation
  • Positive team environment
  • Clear opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility
