We are seeking a Carrier / Driver Compliance Officer to manage eligibility and postal badging compliance across our subcontracted fleet. This role is responsible for carrier compliance, with a primary focus on USPS-related operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the postal badging process for all applicable drivers
  • Ensure only fully compliant drivers are dispatched on assigned routes
  • Guide subcontractors through the step-by-step badging process
  • Track driver eligibility, badging status, renewals, and expirations
  • Serve as the liaison between subcontractors, internal teams, and the customer
  • Enforce compliance deadlines with no exceptions
  • Develop and maintain compliance tracking and documentation

Requirements:

Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of logistics, supply chain management, or account management experience preferred
  • Previous industry experience preferred

Compensation: 

  • $55,000-65,000 annual salary range
  • Eligible for Year End Bonus
