RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Associate Editor/Post Producer to join for an approximate three-month project.
This is a junior/associate-level editor/post-producer hybrid position supporting generative AI video ad production. The role will start primarily working on one-click video production testing a new AI video gen workflow works from creative briefs through conceptualization, storyboarding, approvals, and AI video generation with internal post-production teams. Work includes both high-volume rapid-turn production (10+ one-click videos per day) and more complex video projects depending on demand and evolving AI tooling needs.
This is a hybrid opportunity, you must be based in either the Seattle area or LA for consideration.
As an Associate Editor, You Will
  • Produce 10+ rapid-turn "one-click" videos per day
  • Support more complex AI video projects as demand and tooling evolves
  • Work within AI video generation tools (1P + 3P) to produce and iterate on video content
  • Coordinate with internal creatives and technical partners
  • Maintain workflows, file organization, and production schedules in Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Box
  • Field feedback and facilitate revisions on active projects
  • Perform video editing and post-production tasks as needed

In This Role, You Bring
  • 2-3 years experience in video production, post-production, or digital marketing
  • Video editing skills (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI creative production
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Creative judgment and attention to detail
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative production work
  • Experience with AI video generation tools (text-to-video, motion synthesis)
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Salesforce, Box
  • Audio production familiarity (VO, scripting)
  • Experience in advertising or tech industry

Compensation
Pay Range: $40.00 - $49.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
