What You'll Do
Production & Material Coordination
  • Issue materials to project and production orders in accordance with established schedules and operational requirements.
  • Support production execution by preparing, organizing, and distributing job packets for shop floor personnel.
  • Complete post-production and post-project order closeout activities to ensure accurate system records and transaction completion.
  • Monitor material availability and collaborate with stakeholders to address shortages or scheduling challenges.

ERP & Transaction Management
  • Maintain accurate ERP system transactions to support inventory integrity, order visibility, and material traceability.
  • Process and document transactions related to non-conforming material reports (NCMRs).
  • Ensure all production, inventory, and material-related records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support data accuracy initiatives through consistent transaction processing and system audits.

Customer & Delivery Support
  • Confirm, update, and communicate delivery commitments to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates on order status and schedule changes.
  • Help ensure customer requirements are met through proactive communication and follow-up.

Cross-Functional Operational Support
  • Partner with Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Prioritize daily workloads to balance routine responsibilities with urgent production and customer needs.
  • Support continuous operational improvement through disciplined execution of established processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to overall manufacturing performance by ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, supply chain, or operations environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and transactional business processes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience within a multinational or publicly traded manufacturing organization.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Exposure to production planning, materials management, inventory control, or procurement support functions.

The estimated pay range for this position is $22/hr. to $26/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
