Overview
This is a remote role that could be hired in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas
The Loyalty and Customer Engagement Product Manager supports Card Strategy at First Citizens Bank, focusing on Loyalty. The role is responsible for the execution of marketing campaign and market analysis, alongside enhancing and refining current Loyalty program. Reviews customer engagement, quantitative analysis, and market trends to facilitate development of the Loyalty product. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation to analyzing post-production performance. Suggests enhancements, monitors customer experience, and ensures compliance with best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Development - Assists in all stages of development for a business product. This includes but is not limited to planning & design, compiling resources, execution, and monitoring product launch. Tracks and reports progress to appropriate parties.
  • Product Management - Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy. Collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Market Analysis - Conducts analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal.
  • Customer Engagement - Tracks customer experience through all stages of a product. Develops strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Card or Loyalty experience; both would be preferred, but not required
  • Customer engagement marketing experience
  • Proficient in data analytics and financial analysis
  • Prior P&L management
  • Located in Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Currently in the banking industry
