Job description

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior TSCM Practioner to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will serve as subject-matter expert leading and enhancing all TSCM activities and providing senior-level guidance on national/agency policy. This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $185,000 - $220,000. The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match.

This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Key duties: Provide senior-level briefings on TSCM capabilities and processes; maintain in-depth command of current TSCM/CI policy. Lead TSCM operations, ensure ICD 705 compliance, and resolve complex physical/technical security issues.

Perform RF signal-of-interest searches; assess signals from surveys, system notifications, and IPMS. Prepare specialized technical risk-assessment products, reports of inquiry, and after-action reports; support the CTTA. Lead the TSSC Technician OJT program.Requirements: Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility and CI Polygraph ITC TSCM Certification

Minimum 7 years' experience in the TSCM discipline. Complete 40 hours of discipline-specific training each fiscal year. Desired: Technical writing/editing; TSG experience Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in CS/Engineering Accredited federal/DoD CI academy graduate.Requirements: Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility and CI Polygraph ITC TSCM Certification
