Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver teletherapy services in a flexible remote work environment. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients from home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct teletherapy sessions with diverse client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, using our secure telehealth platform.
  • Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, contributing to tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to facilitate positive client outcomes.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and confidentially, adhering to HIPAA regulations and our ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing supervision and collaboration with our clinical team to enhance treatment strategies and share insights on best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As part of our detox center framework, you will support clients at critical points in their recovery journey, emphasizing holistic and client-centered approaches tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid, current LCSW license to practice in Washington State.
  • Proficiency in technology with experience navigating telehealth systems and virtual therapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits
