Job description

Assistant Manager

$13.50/hr + tips health, dental, vision and life insurance. 401K benefit

JB Food Service- a family-owned business that has been operating for 30 years. We are looking for Assistant Managers to participate in the day-to-day operations of our Subway sandwich shops.
What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Store Manager with training, scheduling, and team development
  • Ensure food safety, preparation, and ordering standards are met
  • Assist with cost controls and inventory management 
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and engaging customer service
  • Promote a positive work environment and strong store morale

What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Valid driver’s license required

Position Details
  • Part-time: 26-36 hours per week
