• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy for various client demographics.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on actionable strategies to address complex mental health issues.
• Maintain precise and updated clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while protecting client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic client care and referrals as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and workshops to stay current on best practices and advancements in mental health research.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficient in using EMR software and telehealth technologies to ensure efficient client care delivery.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly regarded.
• Prior involvement in community outreach programs or mental health advocacy is advantageous.
