Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, although there may be occasions requiring you to work at our outpatient office in Laredo, TX. You will conduct therapy sessions in clientsโ€™ homes or the outpatient center, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for therapy. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on emotional and behavioral support for children with diverse needs.

  • Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions, including anger management programs, coping strategies, and social skills development.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted LMFT license is essential for this role.
  • Availability to provide a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during flexible evening hours (4-7 pm), with additional weekend availability preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing positive behavior support and working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering therapeutic services in home settings.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license and a registered vehicle are necessary for travel to clientsโ€™ residences.
  • Successfully passing a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting, is required.
Compensation and Benefits
