Now Hiring: Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our hotelโ€™s Engineering Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring the property remains safe, fully functional, and aligned with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Position Responsibilities

  • Execute daily inspections and preventive maintenance as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

  • Perform repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

  • Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems

  • Assist in maintaining pools, mechanical rooms, and operational equipment

  • Accurately complete assigned work orders and document all completed tasks

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in proper working condition

  • Follow all company safety procedures and compliance guidelines

  • Support other departments as needed to ensure overall property functionality

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or related technical field

  • Practical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently under supervisor direction
