Job description

Work Location: Serene Vegas Boutique Hotel located on Harmon Ave 89169

Summary: Responsible for completing checkpoints and checking security cameras every 15 mins throughout their shift, taking items to guests in rooms upon request, making sure that guest are guest of the property and securing all doors in Hallways and gate entrances. Also responsible for responding to complaints, making sure staff and guests are safe at the properties, and the hallways clear of trash and unwanted guests. Responsible for checkout issues with rooms which includes reporting them to Front to put on report for Maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Takes notes properly on issues that have occurred during your shift ex. feedback or complaints from guest.*
  2. Responsible for having basic to intermediate customer service skills with the ability to work well with other or by themselves and the ability to work with all forms of guest from different back grounds.*
  3. Responsible for multitasking job duties during your shift.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1 year experience with cash handling and at least 1 year at a front desk or night auditor position
