POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager is a dynamic, high-energy sales and operations role. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-first, goal-driven environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others.
REQUIREMENTS
  • HAS TO LIVE WITHIN 20MILE RADIUS OF THE SUPPORTING STUDIOS
  • 1-2 years experience as a telemarketer, customer service, or call center environment
  • Proven ability sales calls metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with CRM lead management and POS technology: Canva, Microsoft office, Google Suite, digital calendar technology
  • Positive attitude, team player, and self-starter.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends ( preferred time 9-1 and 4-7pm weekdays, weekend times vary)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Membership Growth
  • Drive studio sales by converting leads, walk-ins, and trial sessions into memberships
  • Conduct follow-up communication with prospects/members via phone, text, and email
  • Support local community outreach and pop-up grassroots events to generate new leads
  • Maintain knowledge of all membership packages and promotions
Marketing Services
  • maintaining social media presence
  • create event flyers and digital sign ups
  • schedule email marketing campaigns
  • conduct outreach to local community partners to schedule pop-ups
  • come up with h cre4ative ideas to drive open house events and foot traffic into the studio
Customer Experience
  • Educate new clients on StretchLab services, session options, and the benefits of assisted stretching
  • Address client concerns and feedback in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • assist with inbound conflict resolution matters for clients
Lead Management: Inbound/Outbound studio communication
  • Answer Inbound calls for multiple studios
  • Make a minimum required lead calls daily
  • Respond quickly to client emails and texts received by the studio
  • Communicate via Group Chat with team members about client appointment changes and urgent account matters
  • Help train and support sales staff as needed
  • enhance the current member experience by completing studio member tasks and assisting with rebookings as needed
