Position Overview: Flexologist

Our Flexologists Provide Customized One-on-one Assisted Stretching Sessions Tailored to Each Client’s Goals and Mobility Needs. in Addition, Flexologists Lead Guided Group Stretching Classes, Educate Clients on the Benefits of Assisted Stretching, and Help Create a Welcoming, Supportive Studio Environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver One-on-one Assisted Stretch Sessions As Well As Group Stretch Classes for up to 6 Clients.
• Encourage and Motivate Clients Throughout Stretch Sessions.
• Build Stretchlab Membership and Retain Current Clientele.
• Ensure Safety of Clients in Regard to Proper Stretch Techniques and Enforce Stretchlab Polices and Safety Rules.
• Attend Staff Meetings and Required Educational Presentations.
• Handle Member Concerns When Applicable.
• Assist Sales Team with First Time Mobility Assessments, Offsite Events, and Sales As Needed.
• Maintain Strong Social Media Presence to Client Membership and Retention.
• Clean and Maintain All Equipment to Ensure It Is Available for Client Use at Any Given Time.

Qualifications:

• Love of Boutique Fitness Environment Is a Must – Passion for Stretching Flexibility and Mobility.
• Required Background:
  • • Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach
    • Physical Therapy Assistant or Technicians
    • Degree from a 4 Year Accredited Institution in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, or Similiar Field

      We Are Seeking Dedicated and Compassionate Providers to Join Our Team at Stretchlab Hill Country. in This Role, You Will Work Closely with Clients to Provide High-quality Care That Helps Them Improve Their Mobility, Manage Pain, and Enhance Their Overall Quality of Life.

      Responsibilities
      • Assist Physical Therapists in Implementing Customized Treatment Plans for Patients.
      • Support Patients During Therapeutic Exercises and Activities to Ensure Safety and Effectiveness.
      • Monitor Patients’ Progress and Document Changes in Their Condition Accurately.
      • Maintain a Clean and Organized Treatment Environment in Compliance with Health and Safety Standards.
      • Communicate Effectively with Patients, Therapists, and Other Healthcare Professionals to Coordinate Care.
      Requirements
      • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills with a Compassionate Approach to Patient Care.
      • Ability to Follow Detailed Plans and Adapt to Clients’ Needs.
      • Physical Stamina and Dexterity to Assist Patients Throughout Therapy Sessions.

• A Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience Working in a Fitness/Health Environment Where You Provide Hands-on Training with Clients.

• Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of practice.
