What you'll own
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by owning the performance and results of your regional outside sales team
  • Lead from the front, using hands-on coaching and real-time feedback to elevate individual and team success
  • Build a strong, predictable pipeline by partnering with your team to uncover opportunities and accelerate deal momentum
  • Create a high-performing culture by attracting, developing and retaining top sales talent in your region
  • Influence market success by strengthening how your team positions the Genius® platform with clients
  • Shape territory strategy using insights, improving execution and increasing win rates across your market
  • Strengthen operational excellence by using Atlas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve visibility, track performance and drive better decisions
  • Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, building connections, developing talent and driving results where it matters most

What you bring
  • Proven success leading an outside sales team, with at least four years of leadership experience
  • Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets
  • Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results
  • High energy, competitive drive and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes
  • Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance
  • Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field with a valid driver's license

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75,000

  • Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses: Extra financial incentives for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals. Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 plus
