This depot tech position is needed for computer/peripheral shipping, receiving, and inventory monitoring. It is for a temporary 4-month project focused on refreshing and shipping computers and receiving older computer back.


 Ability to lift 40 pounds and maneuver manual pallet jack
Demonstrated organization skills to track computers ready to ship, peripherals ready to ship, received computers and peripherals
Experience with ServiceNow - receiving against POs and asset management
Strong documentation and communication skills for updating tickets and working with end-users 
Experience with shipping procedures and guidelines for computer devices
Inventory tracking experience
Experience handling received computers for quarantine and drive wipe processes

 Ability to lift 40 pounds and maneuver manual pallet jack
