Job description

Join a U.S. energy services team delivering water and wastewater, infrastructure, and building efficiency projects. You will scope, budget, schedule, and deliver complex industrial and municipal projects while guiding field teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Project Manager - Energy & Water/Wastewater (Hybrid)

  • Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
  • Develop scopes, budgets, estimates, schedules, and cashflow projections.
  • Own contract administration: subcontracts, POs, COs, RFIs, submittals, O&M, training, as-builts.
  • Maintain cost control, risk logs, and schedule updates; report progress and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with construction managers and vendors; qualify bidders; manage procurement.
  • Enforce site safety programs and quality standards across all locations.
  • Manage client communication, change management, and issue resolution.
  • Run multiple projects ranging $5M–$50M concurrently.
  • Mentor team members and uphold company culture and service standards.

Qualifications – Senior Project Manager - Energy & Water/Wastewater (Hybrid)

  • 10+ years as PM/Senior PM in industrial, civil, mechanical, or general construction.
  • Proven delivery of $5M–$50M projects.
  • Strong knowledge of water/wastewater processes and building MEP systems (HVAC, boilers, thermal, controls).
  • Proficient in contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost reporting.
  • Read/interpret drawings, specs, RFP/RFQ documents.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; organized and detail-driven.
  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or comparable experience.

Preferred Qualifications – Senior Project Manager - Energy & Water/Wastewater (Hybrid)

  • ESCO or energy-efficiency project experience, including ESPC delivery models.
  • PMP, PE, or CM certifications; OSHA 30 for construction safety leadership.
  • Experience coordinating nationwide subcontractors and multi-site rollouts.
