We are seeking anexperiencedProjectCoordinatoratourAtlantaoffice.


Whatyou willdo:

  • Perform start-up tasks per Job Start Checklist.
  • Maintain Project Directory in Procore.
  • Collect/Prepare all attachment Exhibits for the Subcontractor PCA/PO Agreements.
    • Export Drawing and Specification Logs from Procore
    • Label all Exhibits accordingly
  • Draft PCAs / POs as requested from PM/APM
    • Issue PCAs / POs for execution after review & approval from PM
    • Follow signing matrix by office
    • Aid in subcontractor follow up as needed
  • Request, forward for approval, and save approved Subcontractor COIs to job folder
    • Aid in subcontractor follow up as needed
  • Facilitate Procore Billing Procedures for Subcontractor invoices as directed by PM.
  • Assistin the preparation of Subcontractor (CCO) and Owner Change Orders (PCO/PCCO) as directed by PM.
  • Take general assignments from the PM / APM and perform tasks as directed.
  • Assistwith the closeout of a completed project including submission of all closeout documents anddistributing the punch list as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed such as copying documents, arranging for mail or overnight deliveries of documents and correspondence, preparing job files, filing project documents, and other tasks as so directed by the Project Manager.
  • Issue any correspondence to Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors associated with a project, as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Help in the overall success of the project from start to finish.
  • Takedirections from at timesfrom Office Manager, Project Executive, Project Manager, Assistant ProjectManageror Project Engineer.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Minimum oftwo (2)yearsin the commercial construction field.
  • Computer Skills Required - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe and/or Blue Beamrequired.
  • Experience in basic accounting andProCorea plus.
  • Having a go getter, can do attitude, with a strong work ethic is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
