Work Location's: Home Service Area in USA (United States Of America-only for US Citizens)
Important Information to candidate:
  1. Candidate should have their own smartphones, client won't provide any phones.
  1. Candidate should be flexible with the contract duration. Because this is Temp Contract only, it may extend, It depends on work location/work load/ performance/
  1. Candidate should understand the flexibility of the role (ie neither 40 hours nor assignment duration is guaranteed)- no guarantee of hours
  1. Must understand the job expectations (ie this is field job, troubleshoot/repair the ATM/POS machines)
  1. Candidate should send the Questionnaire document along with resume
  1. Must be immediately available to work
  1. Must have reliable transportation (ie own vehicle)- client will not provide any vehicle
  1. Candidate should willing to travel up to 60 mile trip radius from home service area(ie work location)- up to 500 miles per week, should not be more than this.. (OT Hours begin at the 46th hour. In order to submit your application we need your resume, candidate questionnaire document, Background Consent and Disclosure form to initiate both Background and drug screening.
  1. We must initiate both Background and Drug screening within 48 hours of submission.
  1. We are your point of contact for payroll and any other questions
  1. Candidate is responsible for any parts/assets provided - all MUST be returned at the end of their assignment
  1. Time sheet and expense entry before Monday for Manager approval.

Candidate qualifications:
Responsible for performing installation of hardware, hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including multi-vendor maintenance with customer satisfaction and asset management as additional areas of responsibility: requires customer interaction while performing repairs, installations, etc.; requires ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts; requires a willingness to travel, excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
A commitment to quality and customer service also required.
Resource must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Loading and unloading of parts, tools and equipment required. Bending, stooping, walking, and lifting in excess of 25 pounds required.
A high school diploma or GED is required at a minimum.
Preferably 1- 2 years' retail/customer based experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete full unit replacements, basic repairs, and light repairs on retail environment POS systems.
- Troubleshooting with light repair of POS Register terminals, Flatbed Scanners, and all Register Peripherals-Front End and all outlying register locations.
- Simple troubleshooting to be completed (reseating cables, reboot, double-dump) and parts replacement with use of whole unit parts in kit given.
- Cleaning of equipment
- Installation inclusive of software loads and upgrades.
- Miscellaneous tasks as required and directed by customer
