Millwork Installer/ Finish Carpenter (Commercial Casework)

DFW Based (Pantego, TX) | Occasional Travel Required
Compensation: $19–$22/hr + Overtime + Travel Pay + Mileage

About the Role

Anton Cabinetry is hiring an experienced Millwork Installer / Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter to install commercial casework, architectural millwork, and custom cabinetry across the U.S.

If you have strong installation skills, blueprint reading experience, and take pride in clean, accurate work, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.


What You’ll Do
• Install commercial casework, cabinets, and architectural millwork
• Read and work from blueprints and shop drawings
• Perform layout, scribing, cutting, and fitting
• Install prefinished wood, laminate cabinetry, and trim
• Use tools like miter saw, table saw, router, and biscuit joiner
• Travel to job sites and complete projects on schedule


What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in:
• Millwork installation
• Cabinet installation
• Finish carpentry
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
• Strong math skills (measurements, fractions, angles)
• Experience with laminate and prefinished materials
• Comfortable using power tools and carpentry equipment
• Willing to travel regularly and work overtime
• Valid driver’s license


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading crews or working as a lead installer
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Lift certifications (scissor lift / boom lift)
• 5+ years in commercial millwork or casework installation


Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 75 lbs regularly (150 lbs occasionally)
• Stand, climb ladders, and work on job sites daily
