Company Description

Southwestern Home Products was founded in 1946 as a venetian blind manufacturer. At the time, it was common for venetian blinds to be supplied by a local mom and pop operation. In 1952, the company changed hands, and the new management began branching out into other areas of home improvement products, such as curtain rods and window coverings. As the years progressed, the company became more and more involved in the new construction industry. On top of window treatments, they began to offer mirrors, closet doors, shower enclosures, and custom glass products.
In 1986, Southwestern Home Products was sold to Mike Robalin and Shane Vinikoff who continued to add innovative product lines to their existing offerings before passing the torch to the current owner. When asked about what sets Southwestern Home Products, the owner believes it is the knowledge on the product and quality craftsmanship when it comes to installation. Our installation crews are the most experienced in the El Paso region, and we have been recognized for their quality work and customer service. To uphold this reputation, we never work with subcontractors. Customers can expect to work only with our in-house installation team.
