Position Description
  • Unique, advanced skill level within the divisional category in which you work: Waterproofing
  • Work independently and direct Tech Is and Tech IIs who assist Craftsman on projects
  • Promote and actively participate in Chamberlin's Safety Program and use safe work practices
  • Demonstrate and promote Chamberlin's core values of safety, quality and teamwork
  • Help in the training and development of Technicians
  • Ability and commitment to work product perfection and production within the specific skill set

Position Requirements
Experience: At least three years of experience in Waterproofing, preferably in a commercial application.
Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to demonstrate a proficient skill level for waterproofing
  • English speaking, bilingual preferred
  • Able to read, understand and follow blueprints and construction documents

Abilities/Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work independently and lead by example on work projects
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
  • Must be able to work in elevated locations
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to different job locations

Education Required:
High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required, safety certifications
