ABOUT US: We specialize in custom blinds, shutters, plantation shutters, awnings, patio shades, and screen enclosures throughout Central Texas. Our experienced installation team takes pride in precision workmanship and exceptional customer service.
POSITION SUMMARY: Install interior and exterior window treatments in residential and commercial settings. You'll work as part of a 5-person installation team, learning multiple product lines while delivering quality installations that exceed customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Install blinds, shutters, and custom window treatments in homes and businesses.
  • Install exterior products including awnings, patio shades, and screen enclosures.
  • Use power tools, measuring equipment, and installation hardware safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with customers during installations and address any concerns professionally.
  • Maintain organized work vehicle and inventory of installation supplies.
  • Complete installation paperwork and customer sign-offs.
  • Follow safety protocols and company quality standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
