Zinga's is looking for a Design Consultant to join our growing team and help homeowners transform their spaces with premium interior and exterior shading solutions. This is an in-home consultative sales role where you’ll meet with customers at pre-set appointments scheduled by our team—no cold calling, no prospecting.
You’ll guide customers through product options, take accurate measurements, create design recommendations, and close the sale—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Sell
Our Design Consultants offer a wide range of solutions including:
    •    Roller shades, cellular shades, solar shades, and more
    •    Wood and composite shutters
    •    Motorized interior shades
    •    Motorized screen shades for patios and lanais
    •    Aluminum pergolas and exterior structures
    •    Custom solutions tailored to each home and lifestyle
Key Responsibilities
    •    Attend company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments with qualified customers
    •    Conduct a professional consultation: identify needs, style preferences, and functional goals
    •    Educate customers on product features, materials, and upgrade options (including motorization)
    •    Take precise measurements and document details for quoting and ordering
    •    Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and design recommendations
    •    Confidently close sales and guide customers through next steps
    •    Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-ups in CRM
