Role Summary
The Restaurant Technology Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the administration, execution, and ongoing operational management of restaurant technology platforms across the organization. This position involves coordinating technology deployments, managing requests, and providing system support to ensure seamless technology operations. The analyst acts as a key liaison between franchisees, vendors, support teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize technology performance and deliver business value.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant technology operations by monitoring incidents, service requests, and escalations.
  • Assist with Level 3 support coordination, root cause analysis, and system troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate technology deployments, system configurations, updates, and changes while maintaining support records and inventories.
  • Develop and maintain leadership dashboards, analyze operational data, and generate reports on system health, incident trends, and vendor performance.
  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery and performance standards.
  • Partner with vendors to monitor open issues, track deliverables, and coordinate communications with franchisees and operations teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, testing, and project reviews related to technology implementations.
  • Support restaurant technology rollouts by coordinating testing plans, deployment schedules, and tracking related tasks and risks.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and process workflows while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements, support project initiatives, and improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience supporting technology operations, IT support, or business analysis in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders, including vendors, franchisees, and internal teams.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, operational reporting, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with restaurant technology systems such as digital menu boards, drive-thru timers, headsets, POS systems, and mobile ordering platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, and basic SQL queries.
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and summarize large volumes of operational data effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 - $36.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
