The Opportunity:
Join a team dedicated to advancing national security through innovative irregular warfare and operations expertise. CACI is hiring a Portal Manager to join a very large upcoming program that will deliver mission-critical advisory, training, and operational support services to help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats.
The Portal Manager is responsible for the design, administration, enhancement, and continuous operation of the program's enterprise collaboration portal, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of information and services to internal and external stakeholders. This position develops and executes portal strategies that improve collaboration, streamline business processes, and support mission execution while maintaining compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Government cybersecurity requirements. The successful candidate will oversee portal performance, user access, content governance, and system enhancements while serving as the technical lead for enterprise portal capabilities leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure, and cloud technologies.
This is an opportunity to support high-impact missions, collaborate with experienced professionals, and support strategic operations that strengthen our nation's defense capabilities around the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the program's enterprise portal strategy to improve collaboration, operational efficiency, and service delivery
  • Design, configure, administer, and enhance enterprise portal solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and other cloud technologies
  • Collaborate with program leadership, customers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement portal capabilities that support mission objectives
  • Develop and maintain portal roadmaps, implementation schedules, testing strategies, deployment plans, and end-user training materials
  • Monitor portal performance, availability, and system health to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, access controls, and content governance in accordance with organizational security policies
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and U.S. Government cybersecurity directives and standards
  • Coordinate application updates, enhancements, maintenance activities, and system upgrades while minimizing operational disruption
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex portal, application, and user access issues
  • Develop portal documentation, technical procedures, governance policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Support PMO administrative and operational requirements, including reporting, collaboration, workflow automation, and knowledge management initiatives
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve portal functionality, user experience, and operational effectiveness
  • Lead complex technical initiatives and serve as the portal subject matter expert across multiple projects
  • Mentor technical staff and provide guidance on portal architecture, administration, and best practices as needed

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8 years of experience administering and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms, portals, or Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Successfully implemented portal governance, security controls, workflow automation, and collaboration solutions
  • Experience supporting cloud-based environments utilizing Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, cybersecurity best practices, and enterprise collaboration technologies
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate and MS Azure certification
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification

Desired:
  • Experience supporting Combatant Command (COCOM), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community IT environments
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise workflow automation
  • Experience supporting Agile software development and DevSecOps practices
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cloud security best practices
  • Experience developing governance frameworks and user adoption strategies for enterprise collaboration platforms

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
